What’s happening at school
Parents, we thought you might like to hear more about what students experience in Peace of Mind class. Lafayette students are prepared to help you out!
Practice at Home
Many Peace of Mind students use the practices that they have learned in Peace of Mind Class outside of their classrooms: at home, when they are playing with friends, with their sports teams, preparing for musical performances, and in many other ways. And many students teach them to their family members.
Ms. Ryden has recorded these Mindfulness Videos in case you’d like some help as you practice outside of school. Students, you may want to invite your other family members or friends to practice with you!
