Thank you for your interest in supporting Peace of Mind for kids and teachers!
As students and educators grapple with a national reckoning with race and racism, while living, working, and learning amidst a global pandemic, students’ needs for emotional support, conflict resolution skills and social justice have never been greater. Peace of Mind’s program provides a solution.
Since 2014, Peace of Mind has grown from serving children in just one school to meeting the needs of educators and students in over 20 DC area schools and many more across the country, reaching an estimated 14,000 students nationwide. But there is still so much to do.
Expanding our training and community support for educators, developing curriculum resources, and increasing outreach to schools will enable us to substantially increase the number of students we are able to serve over the next three years resulting in improved student mental health and well-being in schools nationwide. Join us on the journey with a gift today!
