Are mindfulness, kindness and conflict resolution useful over the summer? Yes!
Ms. Ryden has made short PoM Mindfulness Videos for you to help you remember (or learn!) how to Take Five, use Gravity Breathing, practice Heartfulness, play the “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” game, and more.
Remember, you can use these practices to help you when you are playing with friends, with your sports team, to prepare for musical performances, and in many other ways.
Here’s an idea: invite your other family members or friends to practice with you!
