Happy Back to School!

Ms. Ryden, Peace Teacher,  has made short PoM Mindfulness Videos for you to help you remember (or learn!) how to Take Five, use Gravity Breathing, practice Heartfulness, play the “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” game, and more.

You can use these practices to help you when you are playing with friends, with your sports team, to prepare for musical performances, and in many other ways.

We love to hear about how you are practicing mindfulness and being kind.  Let us know below!

    Hi it Doris your student and it help me so much every time when I get mad or sad I take five or I do mindfulness keep on doing it and I don’t want you to leave Lafayette because you the best.????????????
